Lawyer Complaints Update – New Complaints

0
0

Not too much to report with the latest complaints.  As I reported on the show, the complaint against Carletta Bassano as already been rubber stamped by attorney J. Scott Davis.  You can see where he stayed vague in an attempt to divert attention away from the rules that require discovery.  I’ve posted the original complaint, Davis’s rubber stamp rejection, my response and the latest from the Maine bar just saying my complaint is being reviewed by a non-lawyer member.

This is the main part of the complaint:

The entire complaint is a PDF here (right click to save).  This is the rubber stamp denial from Davis:

With my complaints against San Diego lawyers Melinda Lasater and Jonathan Lapin, all there is so far are case inquiry numbers.

The complaints against Melinda Lasater, the one to the bar is essentially the same as this to the presiding judge of the San Diego superior court:

I also filed complaints here in Arizona, the first is against Elizabeth Olson in Tempe:

The next is the same complaint I filed in Tempe regarding the judges & clerks misleading people into thinking we have to pay the day of the fine.  This is to the East Mesa justice court to Mark Chiles.  Mark is the justice of the peace and is not a lawyer.

I encourage everyone, whether they are personally involved in a situation with these predators or not, to file complaints against them.  I think it should be a matter of standard procedure to file against each lawyer, current and former prosecutors, involved.  We file with the bar, presiding judges, judicial conduct commission and any other agency that may have oversight.  Maybe these lawyers will have to provide some answers, because while on their wooden thrones they certainly won’t.

Below is a short video update on these complaints.
